TERMS OF SERVICE

● I have the right to decline a commission when I feel uncomfortable or unable to do it, so please don't take it to heart.● If I'm not very busy they usually take about a week or less but due to my easily burnt out nature, I like to try to take my time in each commission, depending on the detail and also workload from schoolwork your piece may be done at least in a week or 2 months at most for me to finish so all I ask is to be a little patient.● If you want progress pictures you may ask me to send them to you! Although I'll probably send them myself every once in a while.● If anything comes up (regarding my personal life) I'll try to update you about it in case anything might slow down my progress.● You may request for alterations DURING the sketching process but for only a limited amount of times, any more will be charged.

WHEN COMMISSIONING...● Please provide a SFW reference sheet
● Your reference sheet must be non-shaded, non-textured, non-filtered and must be made digitally
● It is highly encouraged you provide art that is already made for reference as well (It is especially useful so I can get a good feel on how your character's personality is like!)

PAYMENT PROCESS● I only take payment upfront, please do not send any payment without any permission first.

● I do not offer any refunds after the approval/sketching process

USAGE OF MY ART● You're free to use the commissioned art for personal use, (i.e. For Profile pictures and backgrounds)
● I as the artist, have the right to post the finished piece online unless requested otherwise
● When uploading on ToyHouse please credit me under the username LycanthrOwOpe
● You may not remove my watermark/signature when reposting
● You mayNOT make profits from the commissioned piece (i.e. reselling, redistributing, prints, etc.)
● You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

NOTE● I only offer a plain/patterned/blurred background which is free of charge. Please don't ask for anything more detailed as I am not that very skilled in backgrounds.
